Priligy Dapoxetine Reviews – Dapoxetine Side Effects
The data on Priligy use is being reported in medical journals and a small portion of men are stating that they happy with its performance.
Every drug that you take has a risk vs. reward trade-off. For most of them and most of your life, you don’t go through that calculation very often. The doctor recommends a drug for some ailment, goes through the more likely side effects and away you go. I’m not quoting statistics here but I think most people would agree that when a doctor prescribes a medication, they’re probably expecting 95+% success rate. This means that, for every 20 patients that is prescribed a particular drug, the doctor is expecting 19 of those patients to have a successful outcome – the drug works and the side effects are tolerable.
Priligy (Dapoxetine) Risk / Reward Summary Analysis
Priligy (Dapoxetine) has an amazingly poor risk reward probability. Low probability of effectiveness. Extremely high probability of a significant side effect. Why would guys even consider taking Priligy? Guys with PE are desperate. We’ll do anything. Try anything. But this ratio of results vs. side effects is just way to low for most men, especially when there are such great options with almost side effect free topical medicaions.

That Risk/Reward scenario doesn’t look so good.

So let’s look at the details of risk/reward of Priligy / Dapoxetine. First the reward.

First, I want to say thank you to all the men who participate in these various studies. I know they get usually get paid. But having your partner hold a stop watch during sex when you have PE? Don’t us premature ejaculators have enough anxiety already? I’ll have to do a separate blog on that subject. In fact, I would qualify for most of these PE clinical trials. I should do one and write about it in my blog.
Priligy Dapoxetine Effectiveness
See below Table 2 of the Priligy Data Sheet. Let’s step back a second. Would you take a drug for PE with a known long list of side effects that provided an effectiveness of only Slightly Better or Better? You’d want only Much Better, wouldn’t you?
So only 11.9% of men reported results of Much Better. Less than 1 in 8 men who would say that they were happy with the performance. And that’s only the portion of the results regarding the IELT, or Intravaginal Ejaculatory Latency Time, a fancy word for how long you lasted during intercourse.
Priligy Dapoxetine Side Effects
The side effects of Priligy / Dapoxetine are documented and significant. Table 3 in the report (see below) includes adverse effects that are suffered by at least 1% of the patients. It spans two pages !! I did the statistics … the probability that you would get at least one of these side effects is 99.999999 [followed by 54 more 9s] so essentially 100%. My statistical abilities aren’t that good but, looking at the data, the probability that you’d get 2 or 3 of these side effects would be pretty high.
Table 4 (below) from the clinical trial of Priligy (Dapoxetine) contains the side effects that occur at a rate of less than 1%. Small probability but what if you’re one of these guys?
